The Role of Women As Leaders in the Church

A Seminar with Dr. Ken Radant

Sunday Feb 25th, 11:30am – 2:30pm

Lunch Provided

Our history as The Christian & Missionary Alliance in Canada has demonstrated a deep commitment to unity in Christ in the face of diverse biblically-supported theological positions. As such, the C&MA in Canada welcomes, respects, and values those who hold differing views on the role of men and women in the church. This seminar is intended to help you understand the variety of theological thinking related to gender and leadership in the Church and how our denomination, being faithful to the Scriptures and the Spirit, has walked the journey of unity amid theological diversity.

Dr. Ken Radant is the Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Theology at Carey Theological College in Vancouver, BC. Ken studied at the Christian & Missionary Alliance school in Regina, then moved to the Chicago area where he completed his M.A. and Ph.D. in Christian Thought / Theology at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
