The Christmas season is upon us! The Christmas season is a time when schedules get busy, Christmas events and parties happen, families gather together, and we celebrate the birth of our Savoir Jesus.

Often, the distractions and busyness of this season take away from the true meaning of Christmas.  Often, the stress and expectations of the Christmas season take away from the joy of Christmas.

Going into this busy season, I'd like to call you to a prayer meeting.  You are likely saying "Isn't that one more thing to do?"

Not so.  I've recognized that if we are going to be fruitful (John 15:8) we must spend a season abiding with our Heavenly Father (John 15:1-5).  Spending time with God allows us to live out His will and have clarity in moving ahead.  My hope is that you will take a "prayer-full" posture for this meeting and for all of Decemeber.

What better thing to do than to pray before a busy season?  The Lord will give you peace and direct you in how to move ahead.

Come and join us on Wednesday, December 7th at 7pm for a church-wide prayer meeting.  We abide seek the Father's heart so that we can bear good fruit in our lives, ministry, church, and city for the Christmas season.  We will pray over our Sunday services and Christmas services too.

See you there!
