We’re here to befriend and support you in accepting and processing your loss as you struggle forward with your life in a time of bereavement. Together we will explore the writings of Dr. Alan Wolfelt, a prominent North American educator on this subject. From his ten-week book study: Understanding your Grief, we will learn about the ten touchstones that are essential physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually for you to work through your grief.
A friendship-based support group for those who’ve been bereaved, particularly in the last two or three years. Offering you care and compassion, we’re just regular people with real-life experience who are fellow-travellers on the journey through loss to healing and hope.
