NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Our Annual General Meeting will be held:

Mission Creek Alliance Church
Check-in opens at 11:00 a.m. · Meeting called to order at 11:15 a.m.

Purpose of the Meeting
The meeting is being held to:

• Adopt the minutes of the November 2, 2025 Annual General Meeting
• Receive the ministry reports
• Receive the Nominating Committee Report and:
  • elect Elders to the Board
  • elect two Active Members to serve on the 2026–2027 Nominating Committee
• Receive the reviewed financial statements for the year ended July 31, 2026
• Appoint an independent Chartered Professional Accountant to review the financial statements for the year ending July 31, 2027
• Receive the 2026–2027 budget presentation
• Commission the new Board of Elders and pray for them

Voting
Each Active Member is entitled to one vote. Proxy voting is not permitted, so please plan to attend in person and arrive in time to check in.

The AGM agenda may be downloaded below.  The completed 2026 AGM Report will be available by November 15th.
