All of us feel the accelerated pace of life.  God has given us the gift of a rhythm life marked by "Sabbath".  Sabbath is not just a "day off"- it is a way of life, creating space, and living centred in Jesus.

The "Sabbath" practice will focus on four key pillars: Stop, Rest, Delight, Worship.   During each of the sessions we will examine one of these aspects, interact together, and discover how to walk with Sabbath rhythms through each week.
